Malhavoc Press Events at Gen Con SoCal 2003

Illus. Alan PollackGame Designer Sean K Reynolds was nice enough to offer to run a couple of Malhavoc Press events at Gen Con So Cal this year -- unfortunately, Sue and I will be unable to get there. But if you're interested in finding out more about Sean's Anger of Angels sourcebook (which should be available at the show in print) or if you'd like to play in an Arcana Unearthed game with him, we have a preliminary schedule for you.

Convention registration is now open for Gen Con SoCal, which runs December 11 to 14, 2003, at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California. If you're thinking about attending, pencil these events into your schedule:

Anger of Angels & Sean K Reynolds: (SEM00013)
Sean K Reynolds (designer for Wizards of the Coast and Malhavoc Press) talks about Anger of Angels, his latest Malhavoc book about incorporating the war between Heaven and Hell into your campaign. Come chat with one of the designers of the 3rd edition Greyhawk and Forgotten Realms campaign settings! Questions welcome about Anger of Angels and any other books Sean has worked on.
12/13/03 (Saturday), 11a.m. to 1 p.m. Free of charge.

Arcana Unearthed: Between Life And Death: (RPG00196)
This adventure for Monte Cook's Arcana Unearthed handbook and The Diamond Throne campaign setting premiered at Gen Con Indy 2003. Come get a feel for Arcana Unearthed and The Diamond Throne by playing in this adventure for 5th-level characters with Sean K Reynolds as your DM!
12/12/03 (Friday), 12 to 4 p.m. $3 event ticket.

And here's one more cool Sean event you should attend:

Designing Computer and Paper RPG Q&A: (SEM00012)
Sean K Reynolds (designer, Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting for Wizards of the Coast) and JE Sawyer (designer, Icewind Dale II for Black Isle Studios) talk about game design from the perspective of the pen-and-paper and computer game industries. Questions welcome!
12/14/03 (Sunday), 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Free of charge.
