ATLANTA,
Ga. -- Sword & Sorcery, the largest independent publisher
of d20 material, is proud to announce the addition of Monte
Cook's Malhavoc Press to its stable of fantasy roleplaying
studios. Cook is well known and regarded for his contributions
to roleplaying games, including co-creating the 3rd edition
of Dungeons & Dragons and writing the 3rd edition Dungeons
& Dragons Dungeon Master's Guide.
"Monte
Cook has made an indelible mark on fantasy roleplaying,"
said Sword & Sorcery developer Steve Wieck. "We
are pleased that this influential creator has joined Sword
& Sorcery, and fans can have great confidence that Monte's
Malhavoc Press titles will live up to the design quality
they would expect from one of the creators of 3rd edition
itself."
"While
I enjoyed my time at Wizards of the Coast and working on
3rd edition D&D, I am even more excited about what is
to come in the future for Malhavoc Press," said Monte
Cook. "Joining the largest independent publisher of
d20 fantasy assures me that as many fans as possible will
have access to Malhavoc's titles, and I look forward to
giving fans some wonderful material to add to their fantasy
campaigns."
Malhavoc
Press's first release under the Sword & Sorcery line
--The Book of Eldritch Might, an arcane sourcebook
